For a little peace of mind this Christmas, we have extended our usual returns policy. From 1st October 2024 items bought online or in store as gifts will be eligible for return until 31st January 2025.
For purchases made in one of our stores simply return the product, to any store, in its original and saleable condition. If you have a receipt you’ll get an exchange, gift card or a full refund. If you do not have a receipt, you’ll get an exchange or a gift card for the selling price.
If you have a gift receipt, you will get an exchange or gift card for the original selling price.

For online purchases, they can be returned to store accompanied with proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or dispatch note, or back to our warehouse through our easy returns process. This does not affect your statutory rights.
