Once you’ve placed your order, we’re rarely able to amend it – as our warehouse team picks and packs your order very quickly, we often cannot make the requested changes in time. This includes changes to the following:
- Delivery addresses
- Email addresses
- Change of size
- Change of colour
- Adding an item
- Removing an item
If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you can return the order (or part of it) to us for a refund with our return options here.
Once your order is on its way, you can amend your delivery options via the Evri app or on the Evri website.
Cancelling an order
Once you’ve placed your order, we’re unlikely to be able to cancel it. Our warehouse team picks and packs your order very quickly, and once allocated to the courier, we can no longer stop it from leaving our warehouse.
However, if you’ve changed your mind, you will be able to return the order to us for a full refund with our return options here.
