No, if your product is unsuitable you will have to bring it back to your nearest store. You have 60 days from receipt of your order to return. Please check our Store Locator for your nearest store and opening times.
If your product is faulty and you are struggling to bring it back into a store, simply contact us providing a description, clear photos of the fault and photo of the care label inside the product, and we will be happy to help. Please also have your proof of purchase available.
