Express Delivery (1working day)
The Express Delivery Service is a guaranteed service. If your order is not delivered within the promised time scale, we will happily refund any delivery costs to you. Simply contact us quoting your order number and we will refund the charge.
Standard Delivery (within 5 working days)
The Standard Delivery Service is not a guaranteed service. We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery will not be affected by events outside our control. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded. In the event of a delay, we aim to keep you updated along the way and will take all the necessary steps to resolve any issues this may cause. If you need help with a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your order number and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
